Ingredients

  • 2 sticks softened butter unsalted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips divided
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup melted white chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 11×7 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Place softened butter and sugar in a stand mixer and beat until creamy. Add flour, salt and 1 1/2 cups of the mini chocolate chips and mix until a dough forms. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish, press evenly, then drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the top. Bake for 40–45 minutes until set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the cooled bars, drizzle with melted white chocolate, cut into squares and serve.
