RASPBERRY ALMOND OATMEAL
A fruity, almond-forward oatmeal that’s perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
Raspberry Almond Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp agave
- 8–10 raspberries, plus extra for topping
- Almond slices for topping
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, and water.
- Cook over low–medium heat, stirring frequently for about 4 minutes. It’s fine if the mixture bubbles, but reduce the heat if it begins to boil.
- Stir in the almond butter, agave, almond extract, and raspberries.
- Continue cooking for about one minute, stirring until the oats thicken and the raspberries break down.
- Serve topped with sliced almonds and additional raspberries.
Instant Pot Directions
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, then allow a natural release. Stir, serve, and top with your favorite fruit.
