For fans of warm pumpkin spice lattes, chai lattes and other autumnal drinks, these Keto Candied Pecans are an ideal companion. With fall approaching, spiced treats are back in season. These candied pecans offer a lightly sweet bite with warm spices—perfect for cozy evenings in cool weather.

These Keto Candied Pecans are a handy, satisfying snack for busy days—pack some for work, family outings or road trips. They make a smarter stop-gap than fast food when hunger strikes while you’re out and about, and they travel well in a small container for quick curbside cravings.

The recipe is very simple and comes together quickly. Start by whipping an egg white until it forms stiff peaks, mix in the remaining ingredients, toss with the pecans, then bake. Note: when you take the nuts out of the oven they may still appear slightly wet—this is normal. They will firm up and become crisp as they cool.
Happy low-carb snacking!
