Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 6 eggs, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
  3. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Drain excess fat and set the beef mixture aside.
