Ingredients

  • 3 organic celery stalks, cleaned, peeled and cut into medium pieces
  • 2 organic medium carrots, peeled and cut into medium pieces
  • ½ organic large English cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into medium pieces
  • 1 organic Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and cut into medium pieces
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice (about 6 small blood oranges) or regular orange juice (about 2–3 oranges)
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust lime juice if needed. Serve immediately over ice or chill before serving.
