
Another year has passed quickly, and many of us are ready to welcome the new one. 2016 brought big changes and growth for Downshiftology. What began as a wellness blog expanded into wellness and food, and over time it has shifted to focus heavily on recipes, along with travel and healthy living—two passions that continue to inspire the site.
This year, the recipe content really took off. Downshiftology’s pages were viewed more than 1.2 million times, and I’m sincerely grateful you keep returning to try new recipes and read the posts. Thank you for your support.
